The death toll in PR resulting from hurricane Maria's aftermath is, simply put, overwhelming and heartbreaking, but not only our Federal government is to blame; a large amount of goods were stolen and sold in the black market, people profiting from their own disaster (!!!) I just read about a whale found dead that had eaten at least 80 pounds of plastic (!!!)
